Plans are underway to transform a 14-acre site on Lakeshore Drive into a regional culinary arts and craft beverage center. The proposed project includes New York Kitchen relocating from South Main Street and collaborations with Finger Lakes Community College to provide culinary education alongside expanded public parkland for residents and visitors.
