Limitation of Liability

Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a premium profile, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your complete payment information.
Refunds
Premium profile fees are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features you purchased, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@canandaigua.com within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
10. Platform Liability and Section 230
User-Generated Content Disclaimer
Canandaigua.com acts as a platform for users to share information about businesses. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, we are not liable for user-generated content posted by business owners and managers.
We do not pre-screen, monitor, or edit all user-generated content. The views and information expressed in user-uploaded content do not necessarily reflect our views or endorsement.
